Trust distribution error CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000365

Hi Guys

 

I have read through the posts in relation to delete the "G". I have tried this and unfortunately it doesn't work.

 

I have deleted the schedule twice and re-entered mannually. No luck.

 

Errors
Code: CMN.ATO.INCDTLS.000365
Fields:
Summary: Other foreign income instance is incomplete
Details: Where an Other foreign income instance is present, at least one of the
following must be provided: Foreign rental income details, Foreign
financial investment details or Other foreign income details

    I Rang MYOB the following is the fix.

     

    Go up the top to Preparation.

    Delete Schedule

    Find the foreign income schedule and delete.

     

    Problem sorted

    Hi Meg,

    We had the same error today, it was different this time because the clients had foreign income.  It was suggested that adding $1 to the AUD Grossed up amount instead of having $0 would allow it to lodge.

    Sorry I keep trying to add the picture of the trust distubtion. Unfortunitly it will not allow me to.
