What is the tax manager reconciliation process in AO
Hi
We are going to upgrade from accountants office - the tax part so its online and the instructions say:-
- Keep your AE/AO Tax Manager data reconciliation up to date
I don't do the reconciliation process myself so don't know what that instruction refers to in AO. I click on the tax icon but there is no reconciliation menu anywhere.
I can click on the Tax manager under functions and when the window opens I can click the Reconciliation option under Tax manager. What date do I select? It defaults to 2020 and if I click on the Reconciled square (unreconciled square is ticked and greyed out), there is nothing in the window.
If I change the date to 2019 there is only one reconciled entry.
How do I know if the tax manager data reconciliation is up to date?
