Bank Balance User Access

I have been chasing a solution to this problem for a while now, and have searched through the forum and tried different solutions, but I just can't get it.  I would think my problem is a problem that a lot of users experience.  I have read about User Access, and Roles, etc.

How do I hide the bank balances from an employee using AccountRight?  For example, if I want them to process a Bank Deposit through MYOB the bank balance shows at the top of the screen, and there are multiple other windows that the same things happen with.  Is there a successful solution that has been tried to be able to hide bank balances from employees?

    Hi

    I am not sure if you have tried this

     

    You can manage the rules on roles

     

    For example if you go into user access and the second tab has manage user roles as per the screen below

     

    So if you give the employee the user role of banking you can then untick show account balances in the account tab of that role

     

    If you give them access to other roles then you would need to do the same in each account tab in each role they have been assigned.

    Hope this solves the issue
