I have recently upgrade from myob business pro to accountright plus. I cancelled my bank feed with business pro and now want to connect it to accountright plus. I started a new accountright company file.
It is still showing that the bank account is connected to the previous myob business pro. Is this just a waiting game? or is there a fault?

Awesome news on your recent upgrade to AccountRight Plus, way to go! If you’ve only just cancelled the feed, it’s normal to see a short wait before things update. If it’s been more than 48 hours and your bank account is still showing as connected to MYOB Business Pro, we’ll need to take a closer look from our side and fully disconnect the bank feed.
