Can I add a column to a Profit and Loss with YTD?
I would like to add the previous financial years ytd.
So there would be 3 columns, selected period, ytd and previous years ytd.
Is this possible?

As per checking, adding a column with YTD from previous financial years is not an option in Profit and Loss Statement. You may check the Help Articles: Customising reports and Add and remove report columns to know what are the only details you can edit with your reports.

This is possible on the Web Browser version of MYOB - see below for report customisation. I did a this report and the Last Year column uses the same period, but prior year as the Actual YTD (first Column).

Thank you for your response. I also need a budget column for a comparison. I have entered our budget in MYOB desktop but it is not showing on MYOB Web browser. Do I need to enter again on the Web browser? That is a lot of time.

I get that you need to add budget data for comparison in the report. Besides the filters RINkel mentioned, you can click on report options and select the budget you want to compare.
