API - Constant Issues

Over the past 2 weeks the amount of our clients getting Internal Server Error on calls to the MYOB API and just today the MYOB Advanced API has been far to consistant. Are MYOB Aware that nearly 1 in 5 calls is failing along with when the calls do work significant delays ??

      Helen, Does this extend to the MYOB Advanced API ??

       

      As from Friday last week till yesterday all calls were receieving an Internal Server Error.

        This does not extend to the MYOB Advanced API. If you are having issues with the MYOB Advanced API, then I suggest that you reach out to the MYOB Advanced API team by emailing them at advancedisvs@myob.com.
