Internal exception in the backend cloud api
Since update 2019.2.1. A lot of our customers are receiving "An exception was thrown that was not handled correctly. If this situation persists please contact developers@myob.com for further assistance."
This is starting to affect us greatly and our customers/myob customers are really upset. It can happen on any endpoint. And calling the endpoints (same url) a second time usually works.
Are you aware of the issue. And when will it be resolved.
