Internal exception in the backend cloud api

Since update 2019.2.1. A lot of our customers are receiving "An exception was thrown that was not handled correctly. If this situation persists please contact developers@myob.com for further assistance."

 

This is starting to affect us greatly and our customers/myob customers are really upset. It can happen on any endpoint. And calling the endpoints (same url) a second time usually works.

 

Are you aware of the issue. And when will it be resolved.

    We've had an increasing number of 500 Communication errors over the past couple of weeks. They are intermittent and sometimes an immediate retry will work. Sometimes retrying later will work. But it's frustrating for customers! MYOB are aware and are apparently investigating
