(500): Internal Server Error

Hi All,

 

Our custom connector to Power BI was working fine up untill last week, however, after no changes, we contiually get the error:

 

 Web.Contents failed to get contents from 'https://ar1.api.myob.com/accountright/91.....(500): Internal Server Error

 

I see that this sometimes relates to people not having the latest version of accountright but we are up to date running version 2021.1.1.

 

Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?

    Hi Jeff_AccAddons & Sharrod 

     

    Thanks for reaching out. With 500 errors, it is best to reach out to the API Support with a full http trace

    (including request and response headers, URI and message body/JSON) of the call that is returning the error.

    The API Support Team will then take a look at the call and be able to advise the next steps on how to proceed when faced with a 500 error.

    The best way to get in contact with the API Support Team is to log a ticket. You can do this here.

    We found that this error can occur sometimes and that we get around it by retrying a few times until it works or abort if keeps failing
