Published customisation not available on Webservice endpoints

Hi Guys,

Hope someone can enlighten me. I have concerns about the availability of the newly published property on customization in web service endpoints. 

I republished all customization multiple times and made sure that it was there, but when it needs to be added on web service endpoints it can't be found. And it is only isolated to some of our tenants. 

Please let me know if there's any information that I need to know about this.
