Thanks for your detailed post. Each MYOB business file requires its own subscription. For additional information, please refer to this help page Using multiple businesses. Additionally, the owner/admin of the file can update/change bank account details by navigating to the settings menu, selecting sales settings, then clicking on the Payments tab. Please see this page for more information Editing your business bank details.
