Quote to invoice Error

Hi, Previously when we produce a quote we do it in a few stages in each line. We then produce the invoice from there once the job has been accepted. Each stage invoiced when that portion of the project is complete.

 

For some reason now when we delete a line when producing an invoice from the quote the gst is removed and it will not add it to the total anymore?

    Hi jambd 

     

    Thanks for your post. I have been able to replicate this in my software as well. I have raised this with the developers to look into. In the meantime if you click save, the tax will reappear on the invoice. So in the meantime I recommend ignoring the removal of the tax and saving the invoice after converting this from a quote.
