Can MYOB Teams Automatically Match Timesheet Days to Specific Pay Items?
We’re exploring whether MYOB Teams has the ability to automatically match an employee’s timesheet entry to a specific pay item based on the day of the week.
For example:
We have a pay item called “Saturday Rate”, which we want to be automatically applied to any hours worked on Saturday (day 6).
This pay item is already assigned to the employee, in this case, Angie.
Ideally, when Angie submits her timesheet showing she worked on a Saturday, MYOB would recognise the day of the week and automatically apply the “Saturday Rate” pay item, without needing any manual changes or corrections.
This kind of automation would significantly reduce the need for payroll teams to review and adjust timesheets every pay cycle, saving time and avoiding errors.
Is this currently possible in MYOB Teams, or is there a workaround that could allow for this level of automation?
