Can't add new clients to existing Client Portal

Hi

 

I have just set up 2 new entities for an existing client in AE Practice Manager however when I try to add these entities to the clients existing portal they don't appear in the suggestions list.  

 

Can someone please recommend a fix for this?

    There is a Contacts Sync service on your server that monitors and syncs the contact list from your MYOB AE database to MYOB Practice Online.
