Client Cards - Multiple emails addresses

Hi,

 

 

Is there a way that I can save multiple email addresses to a client card?

 

Some clients have different email addresses for invoices and statement.

Ideally, I would like to create a drop down list to choose from when I emailing statements or invoices.

 

Is that possible?

    I am glad that worked for you. These labels are currently not possible to change as they are set in the software.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    You can enter up to 5 email addresses on the Profile tab of the card using the Location field. Select a Location then enter the additional details.

     

    To send invoices or statements to the different email addresses you click To if you have additional email addresses specified in a contact’s card which you want to use.

    Have just tried it and it works.

     

    Another question, is there any way I can Personalised the labels for each of the email addresses?

    So it will say ' invoice, statement, etc etc'  rather than 'email 1, email 2, etc'
