Multiple inventory locations

Hi Myob,

 

Due to the expand of business, our company now have 3 warehouse in 3 different locations. We would like to record stock inventory in 3 warehouse. 

The current version of Myob we use is Myob AccountRight. 

Can I ask how we can get this function? Please kindly advice.

  • Hi ANZHPL 

     

    This feature is only available if you are using Premier (not Plus) - see under Help > About. If your About screen shows Plus and you have a Premier subscription, you can use Help > Change Product to use Premier.

     

    Once you are using Premier, go to Lists > Locations and add a new location.

     

    FYI AR2022 does not include an Item Movements report - this seems to be a sore point for many users as it is difficult to identify when stock has been moved from one location to another.

    Hi ANZHPL 

     

    Just to add to what gavin12345 has already mentioned if you are using any 3rd Party inventory-related addons make sure they support locations.  We use three (3) 3rd party addons and none of them support locations and cause errors and just don't work.


    Reporting is lacking


    I really wish I never when down the path of using Multiple Locations, AR is really really lacking with support for multiple locations.
