Ace Payroll - payslip and fortnightly pays

Hi

Is there any way to add an employee's address to Ace Payroll payslip?

Is there a way to separate out weekly hours on a fortnightly pay run? At the moment, I'm combining hours for each day e.g. Monday1 = 8, Monday2 = 6, on payslip Monday = 14

Regards

    Hi ScoobyDoo2025,

In Ace Payroll there’s no direct field for adding an employee’s address on the payslip. However, you can include it using the "Payslip Message" area. Just pop the address in there, and it’ll show up. With regards to separating weekly hours on a fortnightly pay run there isn’t an automatic way to split weekly it on payslip. At the moment, it adds up the hours for the fortnight (e.g., if Monday1 = 8 and Monday2 = 6, it’ll show Monday = 14). Lastly, if you’re looking to add more detail under the pay rate structure, you can add a line item in the "Calculate Pays" section. Detailed steps can be found here.

    Cheers,

    Shella

  • Thanks so much Shella. Really helpful :-) I had phoned the original Ace payroll support line years ago and no one was able to give me a solution to these questions. Much appreciated.

    Hi Shella_A

Using your suggestion to add more detail under the pay rate structure, will it matter if the second week (Monday2 to Sunday2) remains just Monday to Sunday in the description? e.g. Will I be able to extract data like weekly hours every Monday of the month or will I need to distinguish between the 2 weeks (Monday to Sunday, Monday2 to Sunday2)

    Thanks
