Payroll Record not showing for 1 active employee since change
Hi
Since the change of version, one active employee is unavailable for processing. I have checked the inactive list and it does not appear. Rang MYOB to get assistance to be told that is no longer available and that I had to seek assistance through the online chat. Tried that, it says only available from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday. It is Tuesday and the time in NZ was 6.41pm. Did staff leave early?
Reviewing other comments, it appears the change has gone backwards and in discussions with other users have picked up their frustration and indication that they might look at moving away from MYOB.
Who do we contact to get this resolved? It is not something that we can sort, appears to be a conversion issue.
Could you please advise.
