Payroll onboarding - Completed by Employee not coming through to Employee Card

The payroll information hasn't come through to the Employee card after the Employee completed payroll onboarding.

The Employee received an email that the details have been submitted.

I didn't receive the normal payroll onboarding complete email.

The Employee card has not been unpated.

There are no pending invites.

Please advise how this can be fixed.

  • Hi gj_rh,

Thanks for your response. In that case, we recommend resending the invite to the employee. Some other users have resolved this type of issue by sending the invitation again.

    Hi gj_rh,

Thanks for your post. Not everything can be sent to the card. Please confirm if the card is indeed blank, devoid of TFN numbers, superfunds, or birthdays. It's likely they require all details, including wages, to be filled in.

Ensure the card file is correctly formatted with all essential information. Double-check for any missing data or errors contributing to the issue. For more details, refer to these help articles.  Employee self-onboarding and Requesting new employee details

      Hi,

The card is blank except for the employee name & email address which were used to send the initial onboarding email.

I've been using the onboarding for 18 months and have never encountered this problem before.
