Hi PAK
Yes 2GB will be sluggish - however attaching documents does not increase file size as the documents are stored separately on MYOB's servers. This is good news in that the file size does not get bigger, however bad news is when you backup your file, the documents don't come with it. So if you ever leave MYOB, or start a new file etc, you will lose all your attached documents. At this stage MYOB only allows you to download one by one. Some 3rd parties have tools to download in bulk for a fee.
Want to speed up your sluggish file, there is a 3rd party that offers a purge service to reduce online file by removing older closed transactions. You can always access the old transactions through a reference file copy, while keeping your live file smaller and functioning better. Send me a private message or email if you would like further information.
Regards
Gavin
