How to change signature on emails

Hi guys

 

When I send remittance advice' from MYOB it has my name and "financial controller" at the bottom of the email. However it needs to say CFO. I can't find anywhere to update this in MYOB?

    Hi OTar, 

     

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'd recommend checking your emailing defaults in preferences, this can be found by going to Setup > Preferences > Emailing tab.
