Importing Purchase Invoices Layout

Question

Hi MYOB&nbsp;When I am exporting a purchase invoice from Expense Manager (a third party software to approve/process invoices) into MYOB, they are automatically recorded with the Layout of a Miscellaneous invoice and not a Service invoice - and this stops me from printing or emailing it out.&nbsp;Is there a way to change the set up in MYOB that invoice imported from Expense Manager will go through under the Service invoice Layout instead.&nbsp;Many thanks

Hi&nbsp;SueNguyen1&nbsp;, welcome to the forum. The layout will be set by ExpenseManager, so you should refer your query to them. According to their website, transactions posted to AccountRight include Spend Money, service and item purchases, but this may depend on product/license or configuration.
