Importing Sales How to keep prices

Hi All,

I am new to importing Data.

I have been trying to upload a sales order from my Customer which is working. However I wish to charge the customer the prices on Myob and not have Myob import their incorrect prices on the spreadsheet. At present I am faced with either not matching prices at the import stage which resulty in each item being charged as $0.00 or importing the price which is incorrect. Does anyone have any solutions please?

    Hi Joeln

Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.

I understand how important that the prices in the sales order are correct. Generally, an item's default price could be edited from inside the Inventory > Items list > Blue arrow next to item > Selling details tab window. I suggest you check this window if the values are correct and trying the import again.

Let us know if you require any further assistance.

    Cheers,
    Genreve

    Hi Genreve,

Thanks for the reply, however my prices in Myob are correct. When I import a sales order with prices it simply imports the prices on the import and creates an invoice off the back of the imported prices which sometimes aren't correct

    Hi Joeln

Thank you for your response; I appreciate your clarification.

May I inquire whether this issue is encountered in all of your imports? If so, can you please try to clear your AccountRight cache? Before importing, ensure that the spreadsheet data from your AccountRight is thoroughly reviewed and cleaned to remove any incorrect prices. Make sure that the prices in your AccountRight match the correct pricing for the items: Clear your AccountRight Cache.

Please do let us know how you go on this.
    Regards,
    Earl
