Look in reports, on the accounts tab and scroll down to jobs.

You should find what you want there.

There is also a filter there if you want to show it as consolidated.

One of my clients is a vegie grower with 4 different farms.  We have job numbers at each farm starting with a letter and then bed number for QA, but is also really helpful when we wish to see the income being produced at each location.  Which is when the consolidation report becomes very helpful.

Instead of adding income from 60 beds at farm M I can consolidate them.

Thank you very much for your reply, i have tryed this and it has not done what i am wanting it to do. i have done a little more investergating and it seams myob dose not do what i am trying to do,.
