Purchased Items shows 0 on hand
Hi team,
I created an item number and turned a Service Purchase bill into an Item bill with these item numbers.
There's two items in this bill, one existed and the other I created now.
Although both of them are ticked that I inventory the item, after recording the bill, it shows 0 on hand.
My other item bills work fine, why is this bill not recording the items on hand properly? Is it because it was Service before and I turned into item bill later? Should this matter?
I don't want to create an adjustment journal to fix this, the Bill itself should add to stock on hand.
PS: I created the item numbers first and then opened the service bill to change it to item bill.
Please advise how to fix this.
