ROW OF SHADING ON CUSTOMIESD FORM

I can;t find the row of shade or bolder in my myob

Welcome to the Community Forum. 

Can you please just tell me what you mean by row of shade sorry, I have not heard that term before when it comes to customization. 
From the screenshots you have attached it does appear that you are using an older version of AccountTRight, can you please just confirm which version you are using.

I have attached the most up-to-date Help Article on personalising forms, however, if you are using an older version all the features may not be available.

Thank you for letting me know which version you are using. 

Row shaders may not be available in that version as it is one of the older products sorry. Which might mean you are unable to do it for this product.  If you have an active subscription you would be able to upgrade to the latest version of AccountRight and take full advantage of personalising forms.
