I can't edit pay super details

We need to remove and add people to our pay super details, but when the administrator tries it keeps coming up with an error.

 

Why does this keep happening? and how can we update our details?

    Hi JessS,

    Looking at the email that you're using to log in to the Community Forum, it appears that the issue is that the email login is not registered as the Pay Super admin. To fix this, you'll need to reach out to the Pay Super admin to edit the Pay Super details.

      Hi earl,

       

      yes i got my manager to sign in and that is what kept coming up when we went to edit.  He is an administrator so should be able to do it.
