myob team logins

my staff have not been able to enter their hours into myob team app since Friday.  My friends employees are having the same issues so its not just our business. Occassionally there will be a small window where we can log in only for it to crash again.

    After some checking, it seems there was a hiccup with logging into the MYOB Team app. But no worries, it's all sorted now! Your employee should be able to log in smoothly. For future reference, you can always find updates on our website.

      After checking with our staff, we still have at least three staff members who can not login in.  any suggestions?

        Sorry to hear some of your employees are still having trouble accessing Teams. Since the issue with Teams has already been resolved, it's probably unrelated. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the problem continues, you can reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website, or request support via your account at myob.com. If MOCA can’t help, you’ll be directed to our live chat team.

    • Hello, myself and a colleague are having this issue for the past week. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Hit and miss and doesnt work at all now. 

      android and iOS. Please advise on whats causing this issue? And if we need to manually enter timesheets onto web version (MYOB Business)

    Will do thanks, hard to think its not related when it is 3 employees at the same time who all lost access with the rest of us and havent been able to get back in since.

  • My staff are repeatedly having to uninstall and reinstall the app and as some of them work remotely with little to no communication with our office it is causing constant frustration and hours being missed in their pays.  They are also unable to view hours after they have been entered prior to the payrun being processed.  I was told to start a new location and transfer all employees to that but it has made absolutely no difference.  I am also looking at different accounting packages if this cannot be fixed asap.

      Thanks for reaching out about the MYOB Team app issues you're experiencing. Let's tackle this together! First, you could uninstall and then reinstall the MYOB Team app again. Sometimes a fresh start works wonders. Also, if possible, you could download the MYOB Team app on a different device to see if the same issue occurs.         Hi Doreen, seems you are not listening to what your customers are trying to tell you.  Why should we have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. this isnt a one off and not just our issue -FIX THE APP if you want to keep your customers.  sounds like everyone is getting as frustrated as we are!
