myob team logins

Why does the MYOB Teams app require so much uninstalling and reinstalling?  We seem to have frequent issues with staff being unable to log in, and I don't think I've ever experienced an app that had such constant problems.  It doesn't help when you have staff trying to use it that are not the most tech savvy.

Totally agree Genreve.  We have on going issues with this.  Its hard to see how this would not be related to the outage but yes, we continully have staff who have trouble with this app

Hi Doreen, seems you are not listening to what your customers are trying to tell you.  Why should we have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. this isnt a one off and not just our issue -FIX THE APP if you want to keep your customers.  sounds like everyone is getting as frustrated as we are!

Again, you are not listening to your customers.  some of our employees are reporting that the have had to uninstall this app at least half a dozen times over the past year or so.  Its just not good enough.  Its costing us valuable hours chasing up staff no to mention their wasted time.  Seems you have a very unreliale app as other customers having the same issues.  No other app I use both personally or for business has this issue.  I use MYOB for two separate payrolls and have issues with both so its not an isolated case as you seem to want us to believe.  A confirmation that MYOB are trying to reslove the issue would be nice instead of the stock standard reply of unistall/reinstall

After some checking, it seems there was a hiccup with logging into the MYOB Team app. But no worries, it's all sorted now! Your employee should be able to log in smoothly. For future reference, you can always find updates on our website.

Sorry to hear some of your employees are still having trouble accessing Teams. Since the issue with Teams has already been resolved, it's probably unrelated. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the problem continues, you can reach out to our virtual assistant, MOCA, on our website, or request support via your account at myob.com. Will do thanks, hard to think its not related when it is 3 employees at the same time who all lost access with the rest of us and havent been able to get back in since.

My staff are repeatedly having to uninstall and reinstall the app and as some of them work remotely with little to no communication with our office it is causing constant frustration and hours being missed in their pays.  They are also unable to view hours after they have been entered prior to the payrun being processed.  I was told to start a new location and transfer all employees to that but it has made absolutely no difference.  I am also looking at different accounting packages if this cannot be fixed asap.
