Access restrictions on some parts of the system are usually due to user access limits. I suggest double-checking these limits first. If it doesn’t fix things, your best bet is to reach out to our team for a hand. You can log a support ticket through the MyAccount window or chat with our virtual assistant MOCA directly for assistance.

Thanks for the reply.
I don't believe the user access limits is the issue as I am the administrator. Is a customer credit limit set up in the contacts - unable to see this. Will I be charged for logging a support ticket using the MYOB Education Trail version of MYOB?
