    Oh gosh, I wish I saw this earlier.... you are so right, the time delay on the chat wait is HORRENDOUS!!! How you put it was exactly how it was. On there staring at the screen for an hour with those delays.

     

    I am going to save the support number.

    I also have this issue - I cannot believe we cannot bulk change it to "Already Sent".

    Poor design from MYOB and that has never been changed!
