Really appreciate you checking in on this and your patience while it's been sitting with us. Just a quick update from our end: we did try reaching out on 31 March via email and a call to grab a few more details, but haven't heard back just yet. No stress at all though. Good news is I've checked this for you and your case has now been reopened and sent through to the right team. They'll jump onto it as soon as someone becomes available and get things moving.
