Error message account right Premier

Hi There,   I need some help with Account Right V19.16 Premier. I'm trying to log in with my usual file and the attached error has appeared: "The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid...

Hello Bfx21 

 

Welcome to the Community Forum. 

 

On inspection of this error message, it does appear to occur due to a bug in OneDrive's sync process that could be caused by corrupted temporary files or corrupted/damaged On-demand junction files.  

 

You would be able to do some of the following: 

  1. Run a CHKDSK Scan. 
  2. Run the DISM and SFC Scan.
  3. Check for File-Specific Issues

There are other things you would be able to do surrounding this error, however, I suggest speaking to Microsoft support for further steps on this error.
