Renaming "read only" version of old Account Right File

We have downgraded from AccountRight to Business on a lot of company files and the "old" AccountRight files are listed in my list of files to open - as a Read Only option when you open it. They are not called anything different, so I am continuously opening the wrong files. 

Is there a way that the file name can be changed / abbreviated / "read only" put at the end.
