Darryl is a legend! Dan is great too! I have had less to do with Michael, but he does seem to know what he is talking about as well. I would trust any of them, pretty much any of the OG Tall Emu Team are pretty good. The New MYOB staff are a bit hit-and-miss, some of them are great, but you can tell others haven't used the platform for more than 5 mins.
We have had massive issues in the past with Tall Emu, so I have talked to the majority of the Team at Tall Emu every time a significant issue arrives I ask specific questions and try to pin them down on why something happened and how it is going to be fixed in the long run.
As far as I am aware, all our 1 cent discrepancies are historic, I'd say we haven't had rounding issues since last year we run on 5 decimal places so maybe what Advdis2024 suggests will help.
We used to have invoices often being duplicated it then stopped but restarted with the switch to fully automatic a few months back, and we have noticed a few duplicates coming through again although in small qtys compared to previously. Tip for checking on that, we have found most duplicates double export to MYOB then get reimported to Tall Emu. If you export a list of your invoices in Tall Emu to Excel, then do a highlight duplicates in the invoice number column you will quickly find the ones that need to be fixed.
For missing emails in MYOB for sending statements. Tall Emu only exports accounts info if you have a postal address, no postal address means no export of emails to "address 1" in MYOB. Fix for this is to filter your companies and contact by Postal address, bring up the blank ones and bulk update them all. You could export to Excel and just copy the Physical address or if you don't have a physical address all you do is set the postal address country to Australia.
