Compay file stuck on backup

Hello, my file is stuck in backup mode

I did a back up, it seemed to stop

I then received message saying back up complete

I tried to log back into file and its says that backup in progress

 

So something has gone wrong, please fix my file ASAP, we need to be able to invoice as early as 5am to be able to load trucks and start deliveries. I can't wait for 7am for chat support!!

 

I don't understand how such a big international Company does not have 24h support.

      it is working now, thank you.

      But it's very frustrating and it puts a lot of pressure, not just on office operations but also warehouse and delivery operations, to not have MYOB working at 5am and having to wait around until 7am for a solution.

      is it possible to know why is this happening an a way to fix it ourselves ??
