Getting transactions / ledger / P&L data

I’m not sure why this case has been marked as “solved”.

it was 26 days ago and we still cannot export our own data out of the system we paid for.

It ultimately defeats the purpose of the software.

Enhancing the mobile app to accommodate new date range filters is not complex and it’s really unacceptable to continue to kick this can down the road when it’s so important to the end user.

It's quarterly BAS time, so it's imperative that we can run the GST-related reports for Last Quarter.

First up, thank you for your patience—I can absolutely understand your frustration, and you’re completely right to want better control over your own data. We hear you loud and clear.

The good news is that custom date ranges are coming in Release 4, and they’re coming very soon. You’ll be able to run reports for this week, this month, this quarter—you choose. You’ll finally have the flexibility you’ve been waiting for 🙌

I can’t give you the exact date (just in case final testing throws a spanner in the works), but we’re genuinely only days away now, not weeks 👀

And so you don’t miss a beat—I’ll personally tag you on the Community Forum the minute the release goes live so you’re one of the first to know.

I hear you ! This is the main reason why I am paying for this app and so disappointed that i cant just print this report to do my BAS

I agree. It feels like we are paying $12 for the right to Beta test their product that isn't even able to do some of the basics.

• This financial year
• This financial quarter
• Last financial year
• Last financial quarter
• This month
• Last month

We know this has been a biggie (especially around BAS time), and while full custom ranges and data export aren't in the mix just yet, this update should take a load off.
