card list detail report format issue, report not showing information on card

How do I get MYOB's attention to fix a MYOB formatting error in a report?

 

I'm trying to print a report and there is an error in the formatting and it won't print correctly. I have already created a post about this. I cannot create my own report as the data cannot be exported and there is no other way around it. I need this report.
