Hi lindso
The Card List [Detial] report is designed to be a short overview of the card information. As it's an overview it may not show all the fields as intended. I don't foresee us changing anything in relation to that report in the near future.
If you are looking for more of a comprehensive view of your cards (and it is a better format - in my mind) I would recommend exporting the card information using the File>>Import/Export Assistant. This will give you a txt file which could be opened in Excel for better reviewing.

Hi Steven_M ,
Thanks for your response. To give you a better idea of the purpose of the report, I am trying to use this report as a job card. ALL of the information that I need is in the Card List [Detail] report. I cannot export the information as I don't require the information for all customers, just individual customers on a daily basis and I need the format of the Card List [Detail], so, I require the Card List [Detail] report.
It may be an overview report but is still a report that MYOB offers and should be formatted correctly to show all of the information. Why have a report if all of the fields in the report cannot be viewed in the report? Or do you have another report that I can use?
Thank you

Hi lindso
As has been indicated the report does show a summary of information on the notes on the car. The notes field is formatted as a single line on that report - similar to most of the other fields on that report. As a result, if the notes extend that field size for the report it will truncate that information. Given the nature and style of that report, you would not be able to expand out that field column making additional access.
As the field is showing, albeit truncated, and there are other methods such as exporting the card records or viewing the card, this wouldn't be something that our product teams immediate look into for a future update.
