You’re not the only one seeing this. We’ve had a few other customers affected as well. Can you please try closing the Inventory Count Sheet report completely, then reopening it and checking if Item No and Item Name show up again? If they’re still missing after that, the next step is to get in touch with our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can take a closer look at your file and investigate what’s going on behind the scenes.
