profit and loss cash reports

I use profit and loss cash reports for end of month figures. I am having trouble accessing the information used for ie: cost of sales. in a given month it has an amount but when i go into cost of sal...

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Can I confirm, when you look at the Cost of Sales and seeing different amounts, which 2 reports are you running?

 

Also for issues where the reports are not showing the expected amount, a good troubleshooting step that might be worth trying is to clear the browser cache which can resolve some odd behavior in reports.

 

If that does not resolve your issue could you please attach both reports and the last 4 digits of your Serial Number so I can assist you further?
