Unused Annual Leave

Is there a Myob Report which shows how much unused annual leave an employee has?

    Hi Jacmus,

     

    Yes, you can use the Entitlement Balance Detail report to check how much unused annual leave an employee has. In AccountRight, go to Reports > Index to Reports > Payroll > Entitlements, then run the Entitlement Balance [Detail] report. Set the date range you need and filter it to the relevant employee. The report will show the opening balance, leave accrued, leave taken, adjustments and available balance.

    Hello Sai,

    I have an employee with a large amount of unused annual leave over many years. How far can I go back with this report? It is only  going back to FY 26.

    Hi Jacmus, 

     

    Thanks for trying the Entitlement Balance Detail report. That report only retains entitlement information for the current and previous payroll years. So, if your current payroll year is FY27, the earliest year available in the report is FY26.

     

    You can check the employee’s current unused annual leave balance from their employee card by going to Payroll Details > Entitlements. For a breakdown of leave from earlier years, refer to any reports saved from those years, as the report won’t show older entitlement history.
