Bank feeds
Since the upgrade most of my automated bank feeds are not working. They are still alive and the ruke is in place but its not activating when the feed comes in. Can anyone help please!!!! Charlie

on review its probably not the the bank feed. once the bank feed some of the rules are not working , others are. Ive checked to see if the rules are inactive or what but they all appear ok, but not working.

Thanks for clarifying. If the issue is about the bank rules not applying to the bank transactions they are supposed to apply to, the bank rules setup needs to be checked for any issues in the information format. Alternatively, if you can't find any issues with the bank rules setting, you can delete the bank rule and recreate it as it may fix how the system reads it.
If the issue persists after going through the troubleshooting steps, I recommend reaching out to the support team via the My Account page.
