Hi everyone,
We’ve had a couple of hiccups with bank feeds this morning, but all of them should be sorted now.
If you’re still having trouble with your bank feed, the best thing to do is get in touch with our support team so we can take a closer look. You can log a support ticket from the My Account window, or have a chat with MOCA, our virtual assistant.

Hi, I haven't been able to update our ANZ bank feed today either. Is there an update? Thank you

2 of 4 companies bank feeds have just dropped in now so assuming it is underway to be fixed

Both of my Commbank feeds have not updated since 22/12/25.

Westpac does not appear to have arrived for my clients yet.
