Westpac bank feeds 31.12.2025

Is anyone having issues with Westpac bank feeds not updating since 24th December?

I have 2 client accounts that have not updated?

  • Hi, I have spoken to Customer support and apparently there was a Westpac bank feed issue identified yesterday but this is noted nowhere on the MYOB status page. The issue has now been resolved and I was able to update my clients feeds. Hope this assists but poor form by MYOB not showing this information anywhere!

    Thank you for your posts and the follow up as well

    Bank feed delays dont get updated on our status page unfortunately, but we have tried to solve for this by having delay updates posted to the community forum here instead.

    Over the holiday period I wasn't able to keep this up to date sorry, but it will be back to business as usual from today. Give the board a follow if you haven't already, then you will get notifications whenever I post in there about known delays.
