Hey Stuart_W - we still don't have any communication coming from MYOB about this incident. As I mentioned in my previous reply, I respectfully request that confirmed issues are added to the MYOB status page. The MYOB status page includes a Developer section, and the API is listed there separately as a service but somehow the status is 100% up for the last week, which we all understand to be incorrect.
Not acknowledging the incident there, simply undermines the purpose of having a status page at all. I'd also suggest it would make your life much easier if you could have one central place where updates about the incident can be placed. Instead, you have this forum and all the support cases to monitor and most of us I'm sure are only turning to this forum because there is no transparency about what is happening. If a status page incident was logged, we could all simply monitor that for updates, and we'd have a clearer way to communicate to our customers, about expectations instead of being kept in the dark.
