Update 2025.8

Um - I can't work out what has changed in this most recent update, but on MYOB AccountRight application version (not web browser), I can no longer update open sales invoices and it is the same deal with open purchases.  

 

I note that the invoices no longer have a blue arrow.....

 

I've checked my preferences etc but there must be a setting somewhere that I am missing.  Can someone please help me???

  • Ach!  I fixed it.  I think the update forced a tick in the Preferences, Security tab "Transactions CAN'T be Changed; They Must be Reversed [System-wide].  Removing that tick fixed the problem so all good now!

    The box that you mentioned is unticked. I still cannot create invoices nor edit existing invoices. can anyone help me? Happened after 2025.8.1 update.

    Hi mikef,

     

    If that box is already unticked and you still can’t create or edit invoices, especially after the 2025.8.1 update, best bet is to give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop a support ticket through My Account. We’ll help you sort it out.
