Bank reconciliation - after update - unmatched items

HI, after the recent update, we could not perform bank reconciliation even the statement balance equals to the MYOB balance - the "Finalise" button is grey.  Is it because of all the unmatched items (682 items) since 2020.  How can we fix this.  Thanks

    The team have implemented a change that will now allow you to reconcile your accounts even if there are unmatched transactions. Feel free to reach out if there's any further questions!

    Whatever the fix was I went into my MYOB Accountright just now and I have a similar problem to the above and it hasn't changed... any more details on the fix?  See my thread
