Update 15 October 2026

We have just updated out AccountRight (15/10/2026 approx 11.00am). We can not change job numbers, account numbers etc in MYOB. I have looked if it was a User Access issue, but even the Administrator can't change. When I go into Find Transactions - all the arrows on the left are now also greyed out.

Is anyone else having this issue or if MYOB could please help.

Thank you in Advance

    Thanks everyone.

Honestly, not sure what/how happened. Seemed to find the issue after the update - not sure if it was or a co-incidence...

BUT didn't make sense that the Sales Register - couldn't edit any sales. Purchases Register - could edit everything.

Unticked (which I'm sure was already unticked) 'Transactions CAN'T be changed; They Must be Reversed (System-wide) in Preferences - now can edit all transactions again - weird!

    Thanks again

    Hey PulseAcct

I'd recommend completely shutting down the AccountRight software and/or your computer before attempting to sign in again? If the issue persists, please get in touch with the support team for further assistance, you can connect with them via MOCA, our virtual assistant.

  • Hey LisaR

I've just tested it from my end and am not experiencing the same issue. Have you tried clearing the AccountRight cache first? There are instructions you can follow on this page.

Do you experience the same issue if you try to edit from the web browser? If the issue persists, please get in touch with the support team for further troubleshooting steps. You can connect with them via MOCA, our virtual assistant.

  • I have just done the same update and I cant even log in, its stuck on the "you're not signed in yet" page
