MYOB updating intergration requirements SIMPRO
Hello, I am the only one with administrator access to the business myob file. We have our Simpro system integrating with myob. My admin staff push invoices and payments through daily to myob. I do not wish for them to have administrator access; otherwise, they have full control/visuals over the myob business file. I am not in a position to be the only one able to push the data from Simpro to myob, as apparently it has been changed from user access to admin access only. This is a major inconvenience and over the top, as my staff gained access via me setting them up as users in the first place. Please explain is there is a work around or I have miss understood this?
Hi janemac , the only person who can authorise the connection between Simpro and your myob file is an admin user, but once authorised, non-admin users should be able to push invoices and payments through.
