Off LIne intergration

I seriously need help.

I have a business using offline MYOB. Initially I paid for Business Lite to bring this business online but found the functionality deficient.

I then requested and paid for  Account Rite Plus.

I received an email dated 12 June with the upgrade file. However when activating the link the previous off line file Park Posts is not there. The only file in the welcome window is Over-Boots which has always been online.

I lodged a support request, Reference number: 03149380 and have not received any response even though the text of that reply promises to do so.

I am currently running the offline file business Park Posts in a spreadsheet.

Please, if anyone from MYOB is there can you please intervene and have this offline file, Park Posts brought into Account Rite Plus (which I have paid for) and allow me to get on with this business.

    Thanks for following up. We’re seeing higher-than-usual demand across our support channels right now, including support tickets, so response times have been a bit longer than usual.
