Bank Feeds not updated

Bank feeds haven't updated with yesterdays transactions, from either NAB or Westpac so don't believe its because of the banks, is this a known issue at the moment and if so when is it likely to be rectified? is anyone else experiencing this? If its not, how can I get it to update, clicking "Get Bank Transactions" doesn't work, thanks

  • Good morning Heidi1212 , there was a slight delay to processing this morning but was resolved around 20minuntes ago. Feeds will be processed to customer files asap. Thanks, Mike

    MYOB bank feeds are delayed again this week.  It seems to be a recurring thing now.  Our latest update is 5:36 am Saturday. Bank is ANZ.

      Hi CTSLW , there are no delays today that we are aware of
      Frequency for ANZ is Tues to Sat (therefore not having received updates since Saturday morning would have been correct until this morning.

      If you haven't received your feeds today, you will need to submit a support ticket. You can do this by logging into myaccount.myob.com and clicking on 'contact support'
