Bank feeds haven't updated with yesterdays transactions, from either NAB or Westpac so don't believe its because of the banks, is this a known issue at the moment and if so when is it likely to be rectified? is anyone else experiencing this? If its not, how can I get it to update, clicking "Get Bank Transactions" doesn't work, thanks

Hi, I'm having issues with MYOB Westpac AU Bank feeds again today (8 May). Last update is yesterday morning (7.51am, 7 May). The status update says it's working but it's def not up to date.
Btw, how can I start a post?? I can't find the button anywhere! It's rather frustrating.

Just hover your mouse over "Product Help & Ideas" at the top of the page, and a drop-down menu will appear. Pick the product you're after, and you'll see the relevant forum boards come up. Open the one you need and hit the purple "Ask a Question" button in the top right corner to start your post.

Hi CTSLW , there are no delays today that we are aware of
Frequency for ANZ is Tues to Sat (therefore not having received updates since Saturday morning would have been correct until this morning.
If you haven't received your feeds today, you will need to submit a support ticket. You can do this by logging into myaccount.myob.com and clicking on 'contact support'

I'm with Westpac and have not had an update since 18th April. Anyone else have this issue?
Yes my bank feeds not updating either - with Westpac as well.
Only some of our account bank feeds have updated there are transactions from yesterday on our main account which has not updated we are with ANZ

We're seeing a bit of holdup with Westpac AU and ANZ AU at the moment. It's causing some delays for a number of customers, and our teams are already on it, working closely with the banks to sort it out. You can keep tabs on any updates here: Delay 23/04 - Westpac AU and ANZ AU.
